At the end of the day, insurance is just a piece of paper. A client's confidence in their coverage is directly related to their confidence in their insurance provider.
This is a responsibility I take very seriously. When a client calls, it's my first priority, and I set aside everything to take care of the client.
Our clients rely on us to serve as their partner and make sure they're covered for the expected as well as the unexpected – helping them identify their exposures, where are there gaps, what coverage is needed. Once the policy is written, it's my job to ensure it covers everything we've promised.
