My first experience with insurance claims was the result of an unfortunate plant explosion. These types of events truly prove the depth and reach of a risk management program.
Sure, every insurance policy has exclusions, but an environmental policy should be structured to best protect a company's bottom line. And each client should be aware of all of the benefits that are available. So when a carrier expands their coverage offering, I make sure that my clients are informed and that their businesses are protected as well as possible.
My greatest strength is understanding contract style and policy language, which helps ensure that a client's policy adequately protects them in the event of a pollution condition. And although I work just as hard for all of my clients, I strive to make each of them feel like they are my only client.
