The Contractor's Pollution Legal Liability (CPL) covers a broad range of contractor operations and risks. From remediation contractors to general contractors to vertical construction, CPL offers a mechanism to insure environmental liability from operations.

Policy Forms

CPL provides third-party bodily injury, property damage, cleanup cost and defense cost coverage from exposures from operations performed by or on behalf of the contractor or named insured at project sites. CPL also can provide coverage to the named insured for vicarious pollution liability from subcontractors.
